People · Place · Planet
Three commitments, one home.
We design where these three meet. Open each to see how.
Design, done well, is inquiry before intervention. I don't design for myself — I design for the people living within a specific home. We translate the inner world of your psyche into the outer world of your home: spaces that hold complexity, ritual, and real life. Refuge, not performance.

Our work is rooted in place — the light here, the landscape, the particular character of these Hudson Valley homes. A home should feel inevitable in its setting, not imported into it. Great design belongs to where it stands.

A home is an ecosystem of living beings, rhythms, and matter, coexisting on behalf of one another. We design regeneratively: materials chosen for their story and their footprint, an ecological relationship honored rather than ignored.

The Planet commitment runs deepest in our practice. Read our regenerative-design practice

The Guide
Savannah Dodge
Savannah Dodge is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Designer of Curio Studio. She earned her BFA in Interior Design from the New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University and brings over a decade of experience designing thoughtful, layered homes. Her work spans full-service residential projects, renovations, investment properties, and country homes throughout the Hudson Valley and New England. Originally from the Berkshires, Savannah maintains a deep connection to the cultural and natural landscape of the Northeast, along with a strong regional network of architects, craftspeople, and trades. She leads every stage of the design process, from initial concept and construction documentation to FF&E selection, procurement, and final installation. At the heart of Savannah's work is the belief that great design restores the relationship between people, place, and planet. She approaches each project as a living ecosystem, considering how architecture, interiors, and landscape work together to shape the experience of home. Drawing on color theory, restoration, and principles of human ecology, she creates spaces that transform the energy of a home to support the people who live within it. For Savannah, sustainability is not a trend or aesthetic but a foundation for thoughtful, enduring design that allows a home to feel both deeply personal and connected to its surroundings.

The Team

Zack Petrocca
COO & Director of Marketing
Zack Petrocca is the Chief Operations Officer and Marketing Director of Curio Studio, where he leads the strategic and operational foundation of the business. With a background supporting more than $500 million in real estate transactions, he previously helped build and manage the internal operations of some of New York's top performing real estate teams. That experience shaped his ability to design systems that support complex, high value projects while maintaining an organized and client-centered process. At Curio Studio, Zack oversees the studio's workflows, project systems, and operational strategy, ensuring that every project moves forward with clarity, structure, and intention. In addition to operations, Zack directs the studio's marketing and business development efforts, helping translate Curio's creative vision into meaningful connections with the clients and communities we serve. Highly systems oriented and deeply strategic, he brings a thoughtful balance of structure and emotional intelligence to the studio's work. The result is a seamless, white glove experience where clients can focus on the excitement of transformation while knowing every detail behind the scenes is thoughtfully managed.
What We Believe
Ethos.
Living beings, rhythms, memories, and matter — all coexisting on behalf of one another.
Design, done well, asks before it acts. We learn how you actually live before we change a single thing.
It is not about a signature look. It is about revealing the one your life is already asking for.
Where a thing came from, what it cost the earth, how long it will last — these are design decisions, not afterthoughts.
Spaces built to hold real life — complexity, emotion, ritual — not to be photographed and forgotten.
