Interior Design in the Hudson Valley

The Hudson Valley has a particular quality of light — golden in October, flat and honest in February, generous in June. Homes here carry that light differently depending on how they're oriented, how their windows are placed, how their materials respond to the seasons. Designing well in the Hudson Valley means designing with that specificity in mind. We're based in Kerhonkson. This is our home landscape. We know its contractors, its craftspeople, its suppliers, and its particular design problems — the old farmhouse that needs to breathe, the modern cabin that needs to feel earned, the weekend house that needs to work harder than its owners expected.
