Apply to the program. It takes under a minute. Then, when your buyer closes on a home at or above $750,000, introduce us in a quick text or email with the three of us on it. It's the easiest gift you'll ever give.

Because the introduction came from you, no stranger ever emails your client out of the blue. We reply on the same thread, say hello, and set up the visit.

We meet your client at their new home and walk it room by room, learning their vision, their goals, their pain points, and the ideas they already have.

A personalised guide for their new home with a plan for the rooms that matter most, a colour palette, and where we'd start. It's free, and it's theirs to keep.

The full design plan, in your hands — every finish, every fixture, every spec, drawn clearly enough that your contractor can build it without us in the room. You handle the ordering. We handle the thinking.

The things agents ask us
Nothing, and that isn't a lead-in to a pitch. There's no fee, no split, and no expectation that you send us business. The design guide is free to your client too. We do this because the clients who love their home tell people who helped them get there.
There's no hard sell. The guide is free and complete on its own, and if your client ever wants us to take a room or the whole home further, it's because they asked. We also add them to our weekly newsletter, which they can unsubscribe from any time.
Yes to both, and that's by design. You make the introduction yourself, so it plainly comes from you and you're on the thread from the first message.
We send them back to you. Any client you introduce stays credited to you, and if they ever decide to sell, we refer them straight to you.
It's deliberately small. You're letting us near a client you worked hard to earn, so we don't say yes to every agent who asks. We keep to a limited number per market so every guide gets real attention, and we'll tell you honestly whether your area still has room. It's worth checking before someone else takes it.
No. This is a referral program, so nothing is automatic. We only reach out to the clients you personally introduce, and only buyers who recently closed on a home purchase of $750,000 or more. You send us the name; we never go through your database, your past clients, or your sellers.
We will personally reach out to you about the partnership and make sure it's the right fit. Applying doesn't obligate you to anything; it just starts a conversation. If it's a good fit, you'll sign a short, plain-language partnership agreement to opt in, and you can leave at any time.
Of course. Just email savannah@curiostudiointeriors.com and we'll remove you from the program, effective immediately. It runs both ways, too: either of us can step back whenever it stops being the right fit.
